| This recipe (looks yummy!) Can I make a suggestion?
I think would work well with equally mild and white PACIFIC halibut and farmed striped sea bass, two fish that ARE NOT on the endangered species list. We grill them all the time. Other kinds of sea bass (usually Chilean) are seriously depleted and over-fished and are considered ENDANGERED species.
