| I chose this recipe because I happened to have all the ingredients at home. It was wonderful! In fact, my family liked it so much they asked me to make it later in the same week. It really is easy to make. I didn't even bother to measure the ingredients... just poured approximately the same amount of panko and bread crumbs into my grated parmesan. I tripled the recipe so we'd have leftovers. The chicken was delicious as a sandwich the next day! |
