Farro with Butter

Ingredients
1/2 semi-pearled Farro (see Comments)
3/4 c. water
Sea salt, to taste
Butter, to taste
Directions
Combine the water and Farro in a small sauce pan. Heat to boiling, then reduce to low, cover and simmer for 25 minutes until tender. Drain off any remaining water and fluff with a fork. Serve with a dollop of soft butter and sprinkling of salt.
